Go-DigitalIndia is committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the start of the project if no work has begun.
Once work on a digital marketing campaign or web development project starts, refunds will not be issued.

2. Milestone-Based Refunds
For website development projects, partial refunds may be considered if specific milestones are not met, as agreed upon in the project contract.


3. Non-Refundable Services
Custom services, once initiated, are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.


4. Service Cancellation
You may cancel services with 15 days’ notice, but no refunds will be issued for work already completed.


5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds will be addressed through direct communication or arbitration under Indian laws.
